As a holistic therapist, I spend my days sitting with people while they work through what their minds and bodies are carrying — old patterns, stress, grief, the quiet weight of simply trying to hold it all together. Time and again, I've seen how deeply connected we are: what we carry emotionally doesn't stay contained, it shows up in the body too.

Long before I had language for any of this, my grandmother  and mother were already teaching it to me — warming oil in their palms, working it into my scalp with slow, steady hands. Nobody called that healing. It just was.

Ashaya Rituals is an extension of both of those worlds. The same care I bring to a client finding their way back to themselves goes into every batch — mixed, infused, and sealed by my hands. Because some things, like trust, like care, like the slow work of becoming whole, cannot be outsourced.
